The inside of the vase is glazed, so the vase is waterproof. The outside of the vase has a drawing of hot pepers and it is covered with a glossy transparent glaze.
These vases are all handmade in our own workspace. All the pots and vases are cast, finished, glazed and fired by Jort or Petra. Because everything is done by hand, every item is a bit different. Also the glaze reactes different in the kiln every time. This is the charm of the product.
